As a Learning and Development Professional I passionately believe that every people on earth holds the power and resources within themselves, that will help them to live a complete and blissful life. I set the goal for myself to help people and organizations to make these resources work, to unfold the talent in them.

Through my profession, it is not only the Extended DISC method that I like to use- I have developed dozens of  diagnostics tools for different organizations. This is my passion. A few examples: 360 degree profiling, Employee Satisfaction/ Commitment Surveys, LEAN Surveys, Change Management  Surveys, Strategy Implementation Index, Stress/Psychosocial Risk Analysis, Profiling for future Leaders. Of course, the main aim is never the measuring, but the action that follows the evaluation of the end result.

I have performed hundreds of hours of Workshops, Trainings, Coaching Sessions to transition what we learnt through these surveys into practice.

I don't really like to talk about myself, because I don't think it would be relevant in my profession to tell you who I am. I think in my profession what really matters is what I can give to You.

So lets just put it this way: I am not a Coach. I am not a Psychologist either. I am a Problemsolver, who actually specialized himself to solve problems in other people's lives. I would be more than satisfied, if the people could learn who they are, or they could learn their environment. And as a consequence they could accept themselves or God forbid love themselves.

However the characteristics and traits of a Man/Woman are Constant, those are Relative depending on the environment. Your Weakness here can be your Strength in another position.

Just know WHAT, WHY, HOW, BY WHAT KNOWLEDGE you do and your life will get a meaning.
